1. RETURN OVERVIEW

Ezeahia stands behind the quality of its products. We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 calendar days after receiving your item to request a return.

2. ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be in the same condition that you received it (unworn/unused).
  • The item must be in its original packaging with all tags, manuals, and accessories included.
  • You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

3. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods or personal care items (such as grooming kits that have been opened).
  • Customized or personalized orders.
  • Gift cards.
  • Items marked as “Final Sale.”

4. DAMAGES AND DEFECTS

Please inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right via a replacement or full refund.

5. REFUND PROCESS

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund was approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

6. SHIPPING COSTS

  • If the return is due to a product defect or an error by Ezeahia, we will provide a prepaid shipping label.
  • For “change of mind” returns, the customer is responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
